WorldVisa brings your team’s work together across its portals. Each portal focuses on a part of that work, from managing enquiries and documents to handling invoices and payments. Use the Knowledge Center to understand the features you work with, learn the terms used across WorldVisa, and find guidance for completing a task.

Find your way around

Choose Staff for product documentation and guides. Under Choose your path on the homepage, select a portal to find the guidance that belongs to your workspace. Feature documentation explains what a tool does and how it behaves. Product guides walk you through a task or workflow, with links to the details when you need them.

CRM

WorldVisa CRM brings enquiries, conversations, and follow-up work together. The concepts below explain how that information is organized.

People and enquiries

A person and an enquiry are different records. The person holds information about the individual. Their enquiry describes their interest in a particular service and destination. The same person can have more than one enquiry. Before adding information or following up, check that you’ve opened the right one.

Everyday work

Use the enquiry as your starting point for reviewing information and communication. CRM includes calls, email, meetings, notes, and follow-up tasks. Check what’s already recorded before contacting someone. On the enquiry detail page, What’s next can suggest actions based on the information available.

Stages and outcomes

CRM uses New, Contacted, Proposal, Deal, Nurture, Won, and Lost to describe an enquiry’s stage. Its status adds more detail about the current situation. These stages aren’t a checklist that every enquiry must follow. Use the stage and status together with the enquiry’s recorded information to understand where things stand. Back to the Knowledge Center
