Connect a Teams destination so your team can receive enquiry updates, task alerts, or operational notifications where they work. Add a Chat step to the workflow and register the destination for each subscriber who should receive it.

Use a Teams webhook

The webhook path sends a one-way message to a Teams channel. Create the destination in Teams, save an active MS Teams integration in WorldVisa, and register the webhook URL as the subscriber’s channel endpoint.

Teams Workflows webhook

Create the destination and connect it to a WorldVisa subscriber.

Write the message

Use the Chat editor for plain text, Liquid variables, or shared card content. WorldVisa renders supported shared cards as Teams Adaptive Cards.

Check delivery

Test with a subscriber who has a destination registered on the active integration. Check the Activity Feed for the Chat step’s result if the message does not arrive. Confirm that the Teams workflow remains enabled and that its URL is still valid.
