# Grafana On Call Webhook

> Send workflow alerts through the Grafana On Call chat provider.

The Grafana On Call Webhook provider sends the Chat step's content to a subscriber's Grafana webhook destination. Use it for operational alerts that belong in an on-call workflow.

## Configure the integration

Open the Integration Store and select **Grafana On Call Webhook** under **Chat**. The integration can store an Alert UID, title, image URL, alert state, and external link. The Chat step body becomes the alert's `message` field.

## Register a destination

Create the subscriber first, then register a generic webhook endpoint on the Grafana integration. Use the integration identifier from your saved configuration.

Treat the webhook URL as a secret and register it from your backend.

## Send and inspect the alert

Add a Chat step, write the alert message, and trigger the workflow for the registered subscriber. WorldVisa sends the configured alert fields and rendered message to the webhook. Use the [Activity Feed](https://docs.worldvisagroup.com/developers/workflow/monitor-and-debug-workflow.md) to inspect delivery failures.
