# Microsoft Teams

> Send workflow notifications to Microsoft Teams through a webhook destination.

Connect a Teams destination so your team can receive enquiry updates, task alerts, or operational notifications where they work. Add a Chat step to the workflow and register the destination for each subscriber who should receive it.

## Use a Teams webhook

The webhook path sends a one-way message to a Teams channel. Create the destination in Teams, save an active MS Teams integration in WorldVisa, and register the webhook URL as the subscriber's channel endpoint.

> Create the destination and connect it to a WorldVisa subscriber.

## Write the message

Use the [Chat editor](https://docs.worldvisagroup.com/developers/integrations/chat/writing-chat-template.md) for plain text, Liquid variables, or shared card content. WorldVisa renders supported shared cards as Teams Adaptive Cards.

## Check delivery

Test with a subscriber who has a destination registered on the active integration. Check the [Activity Feed](https://docs.worldvisagroup.com/developers/workflow/monitor-and-debug-workflow.md) for the Chat step's result if the message does not arrive. Confirm that the Teams workflow remains enabled and that its URL is still valid.
