# Workspace overview

> Find your way around the lead workspace, understand its tabs, and review the right client and enquiry before choosing your next action in WorldVisa CRM.

Open an enquiry in WorldVisa CRM to see the client's information, review previous activity, and decide what to do next. The lead workspace brings their profile, conversations, documents, and follow-up work together.

The lead workspace, with enquiry tabs at the top, Lead info on the left, and workspace tabs in the centre.

## Find your way around

The workspace has three main areas:

* **Enquiry tabs at the top:** Switch between the client's enquiries. In the example, the same person has permanent residency enquiries for Canada and Australia.
* **Lead info on the left:** Find the client's contact shortcuts, lead temperature, recent activity, suggested next actions, applicants, and assignment information.
* **Workspace tabs in the centre:** Open the information or activity you need without leaving the enquiry.

The enquiry tabs appear when the client has more than one enquiry. Before updating anything, check that you have the correct service and destination open.

## Understand the workspace tabs

| Tab | What you can do |
| - | - |
| **Profile** | Review and update personal details, work experience, education, language information, and the service-specific profile. |
| **Reports** | Access the assessments and reports available for the enquiry. |
| **Timeline** | Review recorded activity to understand what has happened and who was involved. |
| **Tasks** | Track the work and follow-ups connected to the enquiry. |
| **Notes** | Read previous notes and record useful context from your conversations. |
| **Files** | Find client documents and the enquiry's reports, invoices, receipts, and agreements. |
| **Emails** | Review email conversations and communicate through your connected mailbox. |
| **Calls** | Review call history and the details recorded for previous calls. |
| **Meetings** | Review and manage meetings connected to the enquiry. |
| **Deals** | Work with the enquiry's invoices and related payment information. |

## Check the context before making changes

Some information belongs to the **person**, while other information belongs to a **particular enquiry**.

For example, the client's education and work experience apply across their enquiries. Their destination, interested service, and enquiry progress relate to the enquiry you have open.

In Profile, sections labelled **Applies to all enquiries** help you recognise shared information. Updating those details can affect what your team sees when reviewing the person's other enquiries.

## Choose your next action

The **What's next** section suggests actions based on the enquiry's current situation. Use it as a starting point, then check the previous activity before acting.

You may also see actions such as **Mark as**, proposal actions, or case-related actions. What is available depends on the enquiry's stage, your access, and any work already completed.

A useful starting routine is:

1. Confirm the enquiry's service and destination.
2. Review the client's profile and previous activity.
3. Check outstanding tasks and suggested actions.
4. Continue the conversation with the right context.
